1 Day. Tallinn.
Flight to Estonian capital Tallinn. Meeting local group leader in the airport. Transfer to hotel for check in. Short city tour. Dinner in medieval restaurant. Overnight in Tallinn.
2 Day. Tallinn.
Breakfast in hotel. Transfer to one of the moderns dairy farms close to Tallinn. Inspection and time for questions. Lunch in Tallinn. Afternoon free.
3 Day. Tallinn – Parnu - Riga.
Breakfast in hotel. Check out and departure to Latvia`s capital Riga. On the way visit to a farm management by Estonian University of Life Sciences. Lunch in Parnu. On the way visit to Latvia’s Ethnographical Open Air Museum. Afternoon arrival to Riga.
4 Day. Riga.
Short Riga city tour ending with lunch in Old town. Afternoon we you are host by international farmer’s family in countryside of Latvia. Evening and overnight in Riga.
5 Day. Riga – Kaunas.
Departure to Kaunas. Short visit and lunch at deer farm. Afternoon visit to the leading farm in Lithuania “Bernatoniai”. Dinner in Kaunas restaurant in Old town. Overnight in Kaunas.
6 Day. Kaunas – Vilnius.
In the morning meeting with Lithuanian Ecological Agricultural farming representatives in Lithuanian University of Agriculture. Afternoon visit to one of the biggest Lithuanian ecological farms (700 ha, black currants, rye, wheat, pease). Overnight in Vilnius.
7 Day. Vilnius.
Visit to ecological cheese farm with goat cheese tasting. Afternoon free for shopping. Farewell dinner in Lithuanian style.
8 Day. Vilnius.
Breakfast in hotel and departure to airport.
